Delete your NirevonCards account
Review what happens to your account and cloud data before requesting deletion.

Sign in with the same Google account you use in NirevonCards. Signing in alone does not request deletion.
Google sign-in and security verification are subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Deletion is scheduled seven days after confirmation. You can cancel before the scheduled time.
Account pending deletion
Scheduled deletion:
You can cancel before this time, including after signing out and signing back in with the same Google account. Cloud backups cannot be accessed while deletion is pending.
The cancellation deadline has passed. Your request is waiting for server processing; completion has not been confirmed.
Deletion is being processed
Your request can no longer be cancelled. Processing may need another attempt if a temporary service error occurs.
Account status is not confirmed
Refresh the status before confirming an account operation.
Signing out of this website does not cancel a pending deletion request.
Delete through the app
- Open NirevonCards.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm and reauthenticate with the same Google account when requested.
- Review the scheduled deletion date shown in the app.
Seven days to change your mind
Deletion is scheduled seven days after confirmation. Before the scheduled time, you can cancel in the same account section.
Final deletion starts when the scheduled request is processed. Processing runs periodically; temporary service errors may require another attempt.
What is deleted
- Your NirevonCards account and its Firebase authentication identity.
- NirevonCards cloud backups and their metadata.
- The account’s cloud profile, region state and associated records stored with that account.
Cards stored on your device
Account deletion targets your cloud account. To remove cards stored on a device, use the app’s local data controls or confirm Sign out on that device. A website cannot remotely wipe an offline device.
What may remain
- Backup or export files you saved outside NirevonCards. Remove those files yourself if you no longer want them.
- Your Google Account and other data controlled by Google. Deleting NirevonCards does not delete your Google Account.
- Limited residual copies or logs may temporarily remain in infrastructure-provider backup and security systems under their retention rules.
The existing policy does not specify a fixed retention period for provider-managed residual copies. See the Privacy Policy for current disclosures.

Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, loyalty-card codes or recovery keys. A support email alone does not authorize deletion. The support process does not publish a guaranteed response time.
