Getting support

When reporting a technical problem, please include the NirevonCards version, Android version, device model, short steps leading to the issue and the exact on-screen message where possible.

Do not send your Google password, authentication token, full loyalty-card code, recovery key or an unencrypted export file by email.

Useful in-app actions

• export cloud data: Settings → Account → Download my data;
• delete account: Settings → Account → Delete account;
• withdraw location/camera permissions: Android settings → Apps → NirevonCards → Permissions.
